Muddle 12 blueberries, organic agave, and fresh lemon juice. Add gin and 4 dashes of fee foam. Top with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain and pour in a new iced glass. Top with Fever Tree soda. Garnish with lemon peel and two blueberries.
Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a tin with no ice. Add ice and shake lightly. Strain over ice in a Tom Collins glass. Top with a shot of club soda or topo chico. Garnish with orange and cherry.
