Gentle Ben Gin

Fresh lemon juice
1 oz
Simple syrup
To Taste
Sugar
Garnish
Lemon peel
How to make it
Pour gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup over ice in tin. Shake very well (create ice slivers). Serve in a frozen coupe glass with a sugar rim. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.
