Gentle Ben Bourbon

Cube of sugar
3 dashes
Angostura bitters
2 dashes
Orange bitters
¼ oz
Club soda
Garnish
Orange peel, lemon peel and Luxardo cherry
How to make it
Muddle the cube of sugar, angostura bitters, orange bitters, and club soda in an old fashion glass. Stir well to dissolve sugar. Add bourbon. Add ice rock and stir again. Garnish with orange peel, lemon peel and Luxardo cherry.
