Gentle Ben Bourbon
2 oz
Simple syrup
2 oz
Lemon juice
2 dashes
Black Walnut Bitters
To Taste
Topo Chico
How to make it
Build bourbon, simple syrup, lemon juice, and black walnut bitters in a tin. Add ice and shake. Pour over ice into a large high ball glass. Top with topo chico.
